either it is a boat tracker built under the SeaCraft name in the late eighties.


Or someone put a late eighties seacraft sticker on the side.

here is a shot of a 1989 23 CC note the sticker.




My best guess is Tracker wanted to get into the flats market and slapped the SeaCraft name on the side.
