Default inner liner removal - transom repair

I'm trying to remove the last two feet of inner liner on my 20' sf (1976) to replace transom. I've made all the appropriate cuts so that it should just lift off. How does one break the bond between the backside of the splashwell and the transom and the backsides of the inner liner and transom above the bildge access hatches? Also where do you cut along the verticle part of the transom notch to break the bond there? I've cut away the glass along the horizontal notch but am unsure of how much of the vertice notch to try and save. Thanks -Will
