Ramps around the Cape and Buzzards Bay

OK you Northeast guys, now that I've splashed my 23 ( after 8 months of working on it) I/m ready for the fall fishing around the Cape.
Can anyone provide me with a link or two that provides launching ramp info from Quincy to Plymouth, Chatham and down Buzzards bay. I'll trailer for the rest of the year and decide where to dock over the winter. I've taken taking lots of pictures during the rebuild and will post over the next few weeks. Dink
