Steering link arms

Just bought a Teleflex NFB 4.2 system that I need to link to a 2003, 130 HP Yamaha. Is there such a think as a one size/brand fits all steering link arm, or are they sized for particular motors, and what's a good brand/manufacturer, and where should I look before I buy one (eBay prices seem to range between $10 and $15 and on-line stores seem to want $50+/- for brand name units).
