Default winshield/window weatherstrip how to

I just received 100' of weatherstrip from American marine to be used in my Tsunami.I only took a quick look at the windows on my way out tonite, and i'm wondering how hard it is to replace the old stuff.

From what i can see,the frames that actually hold the glass, are one solid piece.
How do i get the old rock hard weathersrip out, without breaking the glass, and how do i install the new stuff,if i can't slide the glass out?

Do i try to push it in somehow?and if so,how does it get around the back side of the glass.

As i say,i haven't really looked at it in depth,so maybe i should have checked it out before asking this question, but figured some of you guys could give me some tips.
If anyone can offer some advice, tips or tactics on how to install this stuff i would appreciate it.

Thanks guys, J.R.
