Please opionions on best COMPOSITES for stringers

Please opionions on best COMPOSITES for stringers.
Foam Filled with 2 part USCG?? Coosa,Nidabond,nidacore,Divinycell,Seacast??????? Or build up existing with layers of glass and no core. Want to avoid, rot, waterlog, etc..Much thanks in advance.
