25" shaft Yamaha hpdi 200 on 79 mast anglr 20

I posted this question in the general forum and haven't had much reply so I'll try here. I'm looking to the seacraft guru's and captains for options, short of fiberglassing. I want to bolt up the top set of holes in the jack brackets and motor mount bracket, that are ineveitably not bolted to the transom when putting a 25" shaft in a 20" shaft location. I'm trying to find maybe a bracket or some sort of system that will fasten to the transon and the well for added transom to motor support. With the top holes not bolted to the transom I feel like there is more strain then there should be put on the other bolts and holes. Anyone have or seen anything like this??
