Default Filling screw holes in Seafari transom

There are about a dozen screw holes on my lower transom from old transducers and clips, etc., I want to fill them. I have epoxy and some talc thickener, 3M 4200 fast cure, and regular 3M 5200. Which if any should I use to fill the holes? Holes are about 3/4" deep size 10 or so. Should I drill them out before filling?
Thought I'd get some feedback before doing something stupid. Thanks -Gillie
