Default Was Potter the best?

I had a "Potter" 19 ft Master Angler that I bought new in 1976. When going through waves, it regularly leaked from the topsides. The dealer tried to seal it but was unsuccessful. I later bought a new 1985 23 ft Superfisherman built in Princeton, FL. It is still sound in all respects today and is solid as a rock. It has my vote over the Potter.
