Bravo2 out drive with complete Gimble assembly

Hi I have a 1993 bravo 2 outdrive with gimble assembly and a mercruiser 5.7L 260 hp Serial number are engine0F117797,,, outdrive 00869758,,,,transom plate 0F207033
engine model number 4-57B110GS. THe engine turns over but needs an to be rebuilt
Been sitting for 8 years in the boat on a lift Has freshwater cooling.. the outdrive is in good shape needs new boots and trim cylinders need new seals. Comes with all controls ... converting to outboards..
I have all paper work and recipts for the engine package HTe owner bought a new package in 7/10/93 . Always kept it maintained until his health failed then he lost interest .. The boat was last registered in 05 and I am sure it did not run much after 06
