Default Rebuilt 20' Sea Craft CC? Need boat builders opinions!

Hey guys, I am very seriously interested in a 20' 1972 sea craft CC. The boat was redone in 2011 with a new composite floor, transom and paint and gel coat and all. I have not seen the boat in person, but a buddy has. Granted, he is not a boating expert but it helps. Anyways, I wanted to get yalls opinion on the boat and the way it looks to be built. The transom was filled in the back and squared off and now has an armstrong bracket holding up the 2001 hpdi 150 yamaha. My buddy looked all over the boat and said everything felt solid... like the floor and transom and bracket. But, another one of my friends (based on the pictures here) said it looked like they did a shabby job on the transom rebuild and the boat looked like it needed work. Can anyone that really knows these boats or knows rebuilding boats give me an opinion? How do yall think it looks? Thanks!

So, based on the pictures... what do yall think? How much do you think I should pay for a boat like this? Thanks for the help! I really appreciate it!!!
