Default Fishing the intercoastal in South Florida

Hey fellas I'm going to visit my Grandparents in Naples, FL and I've rented a boat for a day and wanted to get some fishing in. I'm renting the boat over near Marco Island.

I'm not bringing any major gear to troll with. I'll have my Shimano Spheros 4000 and 8000 spinning reels. I was hoping y'all would be able to put me in the right direction, with lures or bait or setups.... maybe even a tackle shop (preferably) a local guy that I can support.

Thanks for the help
