I never worry about that. You can give the same recipe to 5 different people and it will come back 5 different ways. My conch salad for instance, people ask me for the recipe all the time, I gladly give it out. Next time I see the people, they always say, "It was nice, but it was not as good as yours." It's all in the technique.
