79 Sceptre transom replacement

Well I promised John123 that i would take some pictures of my transom job. So here they are. Been pretty slow going up till now, but its going good.

I little history of the boat.

I bought it in 10' from the original owner in Michigan. Never seen the salt which will explain some of this.

Pulled the original motor (manifolds, everything was original)
