Ideas for 20' Cruiser

This may be blasphemy but I do not fish. We like to cruise the South Carolina coast looking for wildlife and beach combing. Just finished a Montauk 17 restore and am looking for a project. I saw a 1970 Seacraft 20 in Charleston last weekend that looked gorgeous. Been thinking all week that a 20 would make a nice addition to my fleet.

Question - does anyone have some pictures of boats that have been set up for cruising and not fishing. Looking for some type of raised forward area, teak decks, popup table, etc.
