Bad Ass 23 CC inboard! 454??

Hi

I've come across a great deal on an new 454 with a velvet drive transmission. I'm just wondering if it would fit? I have the small Seacraft console but I would be willing to upgrade the console also if this beast would fit.

I'm running a 350 Captians Choice now aprox 260 HP
