Default 1978 Potter-built SeaCraft SF23 CC Outboard

BOAT HAS BEEN SOLD!

Transaction ID: 23362153CX6776221

PRICE REDUCED: $5,500 OBO

1978 Potter-built SeaCraft SF23 CC Outboard with 2000 Yamaha V6 200hp Saltwater Series II on an Aluminator aluminum tandem-axle trailer.
Begging to be brought back to former glory and obvious potential. Last put in water in 2009. Comes with: Furuno GPS Navigator GP-31, Eagle Strata 128 Fishfinder, Uniden MC1010 VHF, and the stock Bimini top.
The deck was removed in 2015 to eliminate two spongy areas, but not including the Casting Platform. The hull is solid in all areas with no apparent deterioration or water intrusion. The Yamaha Saltwater Series outboard is in good condition but is not running. After the final boat run, the motor was flushed and put up. It has not been started since and will need to be cleaned and tuned. The outboard alone is worth $3,500 to $4,500. The trailer is in good working condition and is equipped with a braking system; however, the braking system is not working and will need to be refurbished. The trailer lighting will need to be replaced. The tires are in towing condition, but should be replaced due to age. This boat is a classic and needs to be put back in service.
All of the hatch lids and hardware were retained. Seat cushions are in good condition.

The boat is located in McKinney, TX (suburb of Dallas) and can be viewed with appointment.
