Vezo thanks for the input... and YES budget is quickly spiraling out of control.... I was not looking for a Major Project just one that needed a Good Cosmetic Facelift.... So far this is turning into a Major Money Pit Fast....

Flex - Could not agree more. I have the sneaking suspicion you're right on the money... about the water. Just uber surprised more than anything at the so called Great Boat Shops who did the Work on this thing and i would have Shoved the Bill up the Back side for the quality of work.... Also got your PM TYVM...
