2005 20 seacraft

looking at a 2005 20 seacraft for my brother in law. Can any one give me info they may have on this boat including the material is in transome. Boat is all original with 150 merc and 360 total hours both hull and motor. Been on a lift it whole life in fort Meyers . we will be repowering with a new motor if we buy it. Thx Keith
