I think I might have a fill hose leak?

2002 21 CC. Just bought this boat about 3 weeks ago. I bought it with about a 1/2 tank. Today I put 20 gals. in with Valve Tec. Launched the boat and ran it for about an hour. There is defiantly fuel in the bilge. So I assume the fill hose has a leak. I can't understand why SeaCraft ran the fill so far FWD. Anyway what is involved checking the hose and or replacing it.
