Default Sound Proof I/O Material ?

The sound proof material I used on my I/O cover 13-14 years ago has finally crapped out. I want to remove and install new stuff. The material I initially used was from West Marine.

Does anyone have an opinion on a good quality replacement and a source ? As it is now, I'll be using acoustical hangers to hold the material in place ( i.e. galvanized based epoxied in place with a nail in center ).

Thx - the Springtime launch 'to-do' list has begun....
