Default 2002 23 ft seacraft cracks in hull

Hello all looking for some input. Have the opportunity to purchase a 2002 23 seacraft for a very low price through the marina i work at. The boat has been rack kept for the last 10 years and not used more then a few times a year . Inside the boat there are very few stress cracks and none that look concerning to me. On the outside of the hull on both sides of the boat where the stringer meets the side there are vertical cracks as well as on transom between the trim tab and the engine. There are a few places on the chines where there are spider cracks and a handful of stress cracks in variable places. I have gone through every compartment and access plate with flashlights attempting to see cracks inside the boat and have not seen any other then a few in the in deck livewell. Apparently the boat has been cracked on the hull since its been at the marina 10 years. Any help would be much appreciated thanks
