Default Flipping Hull

I have finished re-coring, glassing, and painting my cap on my 23 SF and will be flipping over the hull to work on the bottom. I'm looking for some advice on bracing the cap/gunnels because i want to avoid warpage/cracking. for those that flipped your hull over, did you have any issues with this while it was upside down and resting on the cap? I will be using a piece of equipment for flipping hulls so im more worried about damage from compressing the cap on a cradle than the actual flipping process. Thanks.
