Yes, the 02-04 suzuki 115's & 140's had corrosion issues. The one i was considering was spotless. It had been stored in the guy's garage for over 10 years. That being said, he has a deposit on it already. There is a 2005 on THT that is a little bit more money but I still might consider that one. The way I look at it, if I get Suzuki 140 4s, I won't be looking for a newer motor for a few years. If I go old school, I figure 1-2 years and then I would want to repower again...
