Freshwater Washdown Tank Location 20SF

Hi Guys, we are in the process of renovating a 1969 20' SF and were thinking of putting in a small freshwater tank for a wash-down to complement the Salt Water wash-down. Anyone have any guidance on a good spot to house the tank? Any issues with balance on the boat with the tank to one side? Appreciate any info!
