Default 20SF Helm Seating

So our 20SF’s restore is done. The next step is some helm seating. I personally don’t want a typical height leaning post or something as low as a swing back. I was thinking something like a tweener height bolster bench with a backrest and 4 rocket launchers. Something that is at a height that puts a bend in your legs and allows your legs hit the floor not a footrest but something that has a little more height than a typical swing back but less height of a typical leaning post which I feel is to tall for myself on a boat that already has little freeboard.

What have some of you done or like to have done about seating on these boats? Any ideas or thoughts?
