i totally agree, the 20 seafari is a grrreat boat!, plus i got one, ill send some pics when i get them on the comp. for-roch - your right about the bulk heads, they are not completly gone but do need to be replaced, ill be using teak or mahog! and as for soft spots im proud to report i have none! and its the origional 1970 deck! if you find one, you will be thrilled!
