Default Help with hydraulic steering repair

The hydraulic steering cylinder at the motor on my SEASTAR steering (2 years old) has a leak. I have ordered the repair kit and the filler kit. I have rebuilt hydraulic cylinders before, BUT any advice from someone who has worked on this type of system would be deeply appreciated.

Thanks!!

Make sure every thing is real clean.Flush out the cylinder and, check the shaft to make sure it has no nicks, use fine emery cloth if it does. Good Luck
