Default Buying a 1973 18 Seacraft?

I grew up fishing on a 23' Potter built Seacraft and have always wantd to get back in one. I have been a Shamrock inboard guy for the past 10 years but am ready to leave the inboards behind. There is a 73 18' footer for sale that I am interested in. Anyone know about this boats construction, stringers, etc? Boat appears good with usual spider cracks, etc for a boat of the age. Newer four stroke.
