Wow...the beast arrives! 3 SeaCrafts...your neighbors must be luvin you. So how did it get here? …and did you get your deposit back Of coarse we will need to know all of the plans as well. Congrats on the big boat Tim!

I don't know what to do about "big red" She's been fished hard and has enough cosmetic ugliness (pepto pink bracket and some gelcoat nasty's) that she seems to scare off any potential buyers (even though she's solid). I've been considering a rubrail to waterline awlgrip job . . . I even bought 2 gallons of awlcraft 2000. We'll see . . . I have a big project to complete before I can play with either boat. The 18 is going away tomorrow . . . I'm very sad about that, but I can't keep everything.

As the old saying goes....You never get a second chance to make a First Impression.

I think your idea of the belt line down will pay off in a quick sale, and you most likely will get $$ back.

Heck knowing your fondness for "Old Red" after your done you will most likely keep it.
