Default Potter Putty ??
What is "Potter Putty" made of ?? I'm guessing polyester resin and some kind of filler. Anybody ever made any?

Cabosil and poly resin. works the same as it did 30+ years ago

Thanks, what is the ratio? 50/50? Any kind of specific Cabosil?

I'm going to need some Potter Putty when I put the inner liner of "Katrina" back on.

ha! I wish I knew the recipe for Potter Putty. Just a wild guess . . . I would say Poly and Talc, because it has some weight to it. Poly and cabosil is much lighter and I'm not so sure cabosil was popular in 1972? I know talc was and it's cheap!!! Potter putty doesn't have any chopped strand as far as I can tell, but if it did I think it'd be virtually indestructible.
