Default 99 20 SC touch ups

Hey everyone, 1st time on here, but I've been keeping an eye on the site for some time. I recently bought a 99 20 seacraft. It's been very well maintained, but has had alot of use (1600 hrs). Hopefully the pictures will show up properly that will show some of the areas I'd like to get cleaned up.

The 1st picture should show the cracked gel coat/ nonskid on the floor. There are about 4 of these small, circular cracks that look like may have been left behind from an impact. Is there a way to fix this and get close to matching the diamond pattern nonskid?

The 2nd picture should be showing the inside of the front floor hatch. I believe this is some sort of expoxy paint. It's just peeling off in chuncks. I'd like to scrape/ prep/ paint, but not sure the proper procedure or materials. I'm not looking for perfection, just a little cleaner then it is now.

Last picture should show the same thing happening, except it's peeling off from underneath the cap. Is raw (shaded) fiberglass at any additional risk that painting would help protect?

Thanks for any help!
