Decided to keep the Ocean Runner! I put a stator, rectifier, and timer base in this week. I did the math on the new motor and decided to wait.....

New motors are just way too much these days. Did you try looking used ones? I figured I saved 3-4k on my suzy 140 with only 300 hours. I buy all my trucks used (about 2 years old) and have not bought new since 1987. If I could buy used fuel I'd do that too

Strick and GFS - I did look at used.... And I think that's the next step. A good used one 9-11k. The parts are from CDI. Got them at a deep discount, but they are new. BRP has the motor when the time arrives....
