how do porcupines mate? very carefully
I flipped a 23 mako over some years ago to finish the bottom off and we used a a crane and built a frame crate/box around the boat supporting it and the sides. Picture an outboard engine crate but with a boat inside. there might be an easier way but it was the only way I felt comfortable doing it.

The custom cold mold Carolina builders flip them all the time. The smaller hulls they use tires to roll them over on and the larger hulls they use a crane with two bocks. One lifts the hull on its side and the second catches it once it gets past its tipping point. Google youtube "flip custom Carolina hull" and you will see many videos showing how people flip them.

After watching the video...(just copy and paste) I think the only thing I would do different is have another anchor on the opposite side and let it roll over gentle and controlled.
