Pardon my ignorance, but what are all the button looking things on the bow?

Also, is "Reel Nole" paint or decal?

he said in his original description, that it has a dodger. I am also curious about the name, as my wife will not let me own a boat with that name, so if I were to buy it I would have to rename the boat.

The fasteners across the bow are for the dodger. The boat name is a decal and will be removed this week.
