This goes against the tide...if you have no attachment to the boat sell it. From what I know and have done, and from what I see, this boat is going to cost a lot of $$ to get it even reasonable.

If you want a boat to use there are plenty of 20' Seacrafts around that would cost less and they are ready to use.

Now if the memories are so strong, then the issue is mute.
