Trim Tab ??

Has anyone seen this type of trim tab with the extension part. seems like over kill
to me. I would like to cut that part off so I can install a boarding step/ladder.

Trolling motors were mounted there.

I'd check with lenco and see if they'll swap you some compatible tab plates for cheap. A lot less work. That design is about 10 years old. I'm not sure if they still supported.

Thanks, that explains the extra wiring and Lenco control box
Under the console. Which I already ripped out.
