I cruise at 33mph and top at 42.5 with my yanmar 250 diesel. Get trim tabs. Why not, You don’t have to use them but when you need them they are worth it

They make a world of difference. I have tabs on my 20' Seafari, and love them. I don't have tabs on my 18' SuperFisherman and wish I did, even though it's very responsive as is.
For $400, I'm considering adding Lenco 15013 9x9's behind the outer planing surface on the 18". But because I'm saving to take my family there, it just has to wait until after I go to Israel next May..
