23 Seacraft 95% Finished.......Are They Ever Finished?
Here are some pictures of my build to date. I had the pleasure of meeting a bunch of you at the CSC gathering in Homosassa last year and you guys got to see my boat in process. Since then I had a little health issue that kept me from working on the boat for a few months but almost on the good side of health now! I wanted to make sure to thank my brother (DonV) and my son Levi for all the help. It was a lot of fun bringing this old boat back to life.
I don't think there is anything I would have done differently. I absolutely love the 250HO G2. Tons of power and great gas mileage. Kim and I took it on a trip a couple weeks ago and did 260 mile round trip. It got a little sloppy on way south and still averaged 3.25 mpg. Calmer on way home and averaged roughly 3.7 mpg. Look forward to seeing all of you guys again soon! |

Billy, promise me you and your son will help Don fix-up his clunker !
It's like looking ghetto, even with new power...... The most he could hope for now is the "Smelly Walmart People Award" Boat looks great ! You made yourself proud !

Hey Bones you hurt my old clunker's feelings!! Actually brought a tear to her eyes and smeared dirt all over the place!!
Yeah my brother's boat turned out really, really nice!! After all the t-top pipe framing was removed and powder coated, the rocket launchers and the coming bolsters installed it really made it stand out. The problem is now his SeaCraft does not want to be seen around my clunker anymore!! |
