EPS Foam for Stringers

Thanks for the info Matt. I was planing to do #2. All the foam I've pulled out has been dry however there has been water between the foam and hull, which i'm assuming will be the same in the stringers. I figure may as well do it right while everything is torn apart. I'll be opening the stringer up this weekend.
