Default Evinrude 150 Intruder

I'm going to sell the Evinrude 150 and I've recently seen some come up on the market. Not the same exact engine but pretty close some as low as 1000 and to 3000.

The engine was given to me by the original owner and he told me it had 360 hours. Compression is good but I forget the number but as soon as it stops raining I'll get new numbers. The lower unit needs to be rebuilt or get a new or used one for 300 to 500 dollars. Comes with the wiring harness.

Did a compression check today on my engine today. Was done on a cold un-rigged engine

Right side. Left side
110. 110
110. 110
110. 107

Asking 1500. Make a offer as new engine on the way

So I finally sold the Evinrude yesterday to a guy out of Islamorada. He got a nice engine for the money.

Best part is that I have more cash to put into my project.

Ya know Jorge I had one of those 175hp 60 degree loopers, great engine never gave me any problems. I just remember the size of the intakes and butterflys on the six carbs and how much fuel/air they could pass through!! Especially fuel.

Yes they do love the gas...and with the price of gas always going up it's nice to have a 4 stroke engine if Suzuki ever delivers it to me.

My brother asked me the other day when talking about the engine....how much gas can you buy with 15k?
A lot but the warranty and and knowing that I can get there and back is priceless
