Default Scuppers

Hello all,
These are the scuppers on my new to me 87' 23 walkaround. Are the rubber flaps replaceable? Is there supposed to be some sort of check valve inside them? They are hollow at the moment.

If they're TH-Marine then yes you can get a flapper repair kit, and an optional check valve.

Those plastic flapper rings are destroyed. Easy entire replacement."Seadog Marine" make them for under $5 @ Basspro or the like. Just Google them or go the Gucci thing and buy Gemlux with thru hull scuppers W/ replacement screw in type flappers.

They are Perko brand. I found the flapper for $23 but the seadogs are less for the entire assembly. I think I will need to remove them to find out what the thru hull diameter is first tough.
Thank you both!
James
