Sorry for the delayed response (I was out of town visiting family). The transom is original, but so far so good – no major cracks or anything.

I promised you a follow-up on the prop; it is a 17p like yours.

The prop on this boat is a Mercury Vensura ( old name = offshore). Rev4 has a different shaped blade.
