these are what I used on my 74 Tsunami they were a perfect fit. I can't help with a part number,but I did get them from the original American Marine.Seems like things have changed there.Maybe if you sent them a sample piece they could match it up.I have a few inches of it somewhere in the garage I could send you a piece of it if it would help you to match it up Maybe you could take some measurements from it to use for finding a replacement.

Interested in this too as mine will be needing replacements. Just John, sent you a PM. Bigeasy, are those all the same profile? Cant tell from the angles. big easy, yours look like the 686, can you take measurements to see if they are close. Thanks

I'd assumed TP-139 for the cuddy and TP-686 for the windshield, based off previous posts, but you know what they say about things you read on the internet!?!
I'm not sure I'll be taking the plexi out prematurely, but I'll take a caliper to the seals (outside lip) when I get a chance. My starboard side cubby window leaks (or corner of windshield?), leaving the cabin foam wet after rain/rinse, and causing rust stains, etc... so that's the priority. I still have the winter tarp over the boat for now so all's good at the moment. I'll be measuring lengths-needed also, as it's not posted here for my Seafari. Projects are stacking up, and overlapping. I have some glass repairs to do on the starboard side adjacent to the window frame (heat cracking... from our house fire in 1989). My search last season stalled out when all references to "americanmarine.com" brought up the wrong site. Like stated above, there must have been some big changes with the American Marine windshield and seal company.

So the dimensions for my cuddy window seals outside lip measure .4"-.43" wide, vs. the TP139's .672". One question I initially had was whether the shorter leg of the seal was the one "outboard", but based off the assembly pics strick posted, the larger seal leg does in fact goes outside while the shorter leg gets pressed into the aluminum track. Mine may have shrunk substantially over the 42 years. I am certain if I take the existing seals out, they will not go back in due to being hard and crunchy. Obviously the inner leg and inside profile are the critical ones, and the longer leg dimension may "shrink" as it curves/curls after assembly.
It looks like you need ~100" per side in length, so 17' total to do the cuddy windows on my 20' Seafari. What's the consensus about whether to bed/seat the glass to the frame; with silicone, or foam glazing tape? Looks like strick used silicone, and kmoose used tape. I've read cases for both. As far as tape widths, I'd say the windshield would use 1/2"-wide, and the cuddy either 1/2" or 3/8". In my situation, I suppose if I plan to take the seal/plexi out after installing, to do some fiberglass and gelcoat work, tape may be the way to go... or just unscrew the entire frame. Since my seals have also shrunk longitudinally...and I have leak(s) on one side anyway... I may order samples and press them into these voids to check their assembly. or cut a section of the old seal off, if possible? Thoughts? PS...
