I`ll take Ben on that. Now, I`m not saying he wont buy another boat in this time frame, just that he will still have the 20 sceptre.

Hey guys...I just have the sickness like everyone else !!
No search engine used just networking with other counties in FL.
I also have a small case of Adult ADD my wife says..I dont want to compose a list of boats I have owned....it is quite embarrasing . But my wife says this boat is the cutest!
Hope to have in water soon...trim and tilt now working it was low on fluid and leak was found...thanks for the fun posts..!
-Fred

Well Fred, from what I hear on TV you can't get help until you admit you have a problem!! You're on your way to being cured.....well maybe not!!! I've got the same thing with fishing tackle, I could never use every rod/reel I own in a day and if I tried until I'm 100 I could never use all the lures I have. However, I'm not looking to be cured. Good luck!

This week I was able to acquire a fresh water use engine off of a bass boat. A 1990 140 Looper. The yammi had corrosion issues and trim and tilt issues! I redid decals on cover.

I also got the motor all rigged up with new cables, and redid instruments. I redid console with starboard and repainted the glove box door to match. I also installed new steering (teleflex for now).

Nice work Fred. Your boat looks to be set up just like mine was from the factory. Teak trim around the forward cubby's instead of doors. I also have (had) the rotton red carpet in the big side compartments. Some of the sceptres came with a fold up window option but neither yours or mine had that. I took out the binnacle control and am putting in a side mount control like yours. I've decided to go with folding back to back lounge seats instead of helm seats like you have done. Dont know if I will like them for fishing but it will be good for when I take the kids out on the boat.

How long do you think you can get away with leaving the Christmas lights up?
