Had 3 myself. Started with a 85 cj-7, then went to a 89 wrangler, then ended up with a 85 Scrambler. The Scrambler bout whipped me. It was a rust bucket. However, I had a ball with all of them!

It suffered front driveshaft rejection quite often until Jungle put together a CV shaft that could handle the angle.

Never seen a CJ on 44s before. Impressive. What engine? A 304-V8? What axles?

A pretty well set up 304 and Dana 44s with the upgraded axles. Nothing high tech like a 4 link or quads, just simple redneck engineering and a box of u joints and driveshafts. Strickly a mudbuggy.

I love my Jeep!
I have a 1980 Cj-7 that my dad bought brand new in 80.
Learned to drive in this Jeep and still hunt out of today.
I've done enough to give here a slight makover and keep her purring but one day she may get the treatment the SC got.
Oh, in-line 6 cyl, 4 on the floor.......4 low is the ultimate Grannie to go anywhere these damn Polaris Rangers will go and then some they wont!
