I also agree with NoBones, but the whole trailering scenario is enough of a hassle for us to keep the wife from maintaining interest in boating.
(Can't keep the boat at my house due to driveway incompatibility, so have to go pick it up at our storage yard. Elderly Ford Ranger is not super excited about towing. Sesuit ramp in Dennis is nice but the lines, parking, fees and chaos can be a real buzzkill.)

Boat on mooring is walking distance from our house. It is tide restricted, can only get out 3-4 hours before and after low tide but that's not too inconvenient for us.

Since it's been on the mooring we've used it more this year so far than in my whole history of ownership!
And when we're not on the boat my wife says she wishes we were!
Thats worth it right there.

Dont mind cleaning poop, as long as I can keep it within reasonable amounts.
I'll have to stroll down there in a bit and see if the mono and bird-B-gone were effective.

Intrigued about the rubber snake idea...

I use a gull sweep on bow and a birdb gone on t top. They will still sit on gunnels but usually not till later in season where I am moored. I added some mono and wire to the bird b gone. They hate loose mono so if you string some tie some tag ends on your fwd aft line.

Zack, you need to clear out'a there ASAP. That place is a disaster! You got both Barney Frank and Liz (Pocahontas) Warren look'in after your interests. Gather up the family hitch up the Seacraft and ease south, Brother. Here's why -
1) We got 2' foot tides - not 18' tides
2) We got a three week Winter, when you got to wear socks wif yur flip-flops!
3) Our Sea Birds are Republicans and not Democrats so they are smart enough to only shit on Bayliners. They know they'll get a load of #7 shot if they get near a Seacraft.
4) You'er in the boat business and we boat 12 months out of the year, not three! There's lot's of boats here and we break them all the time!
5) No Income tax in Florida, it's in our constitution.
6) No. 2 place to open a business in the US (Texas beat us by just a little - but you know how they BS there)
7) Lot's of Seacraft Folks here - you'er in good company.
8) They built the Mekong River Patrol boats, just like EREBUS here in the T-Craft Factory in Melbourne. You'll be like a salmon, going home!
My family was in Boston, Mass. once, but the cleared out in the 80's (1780's). Gofastsandman, bailed out years ago too. Make a break for it before those parasites take hold. There like that flesh eat'in bacteria or some'thin!
