I got all the old wood out from the edges and made the template over the weekend. Also purchased the marine ply on Friday. Hope to get it all put back together this week/weekend.

Question. Is there a particular way most people section the new plywood. I've seen some pics of the coosa board in sections but 5 pieces seems to be too many cuts to me.

The 3" lip all the way around won't allow it to be done in one piece I don't believe.
