Ziggy...seacraft84 where are ya'll located ? I know somewhere here in NC...That's fantastic work....BTW.

This winter, my son and I are going to tackle the same project on our '77 Sceptre. She could use some love right now, but since we just got her, we're going to fish her hard and then restore her!!

Send me a PM, I am from NC and am going to be back in NC during July on vacation. I am from Morehead City and would like to check our your boats. I am finishing a 23 Sceptre top off refurbishment. Looks like the guys in SC won the Big Rock again. I am going to have to get a fishing team together to stop this.

Well, you probably know my boat then, if you're in Morehead...that's where we got her from...Carteret Comm. College Foundation. The day we bought her a guy offered them $500.00 more than we paid and we were already doing the paperwork (man told them that an older 23 SeaCraft was the best fishing boat he'd ever fished on) Anyway, she's not pretty (right now) but I hope that with some guidance and luck she'll be beautiful again!

Sure thing man.. Thanks again for printing the name.. It fits really well with the boat..
Took the boat out Sunday afternoon.. So far so good.. Hit 48mph with a 225hp.. Not bad.. Of course she is light right now.. 1 week and two days after I got it from the paint guy, she is rigged and ready to go.. I didn't want to put it in the water bad did I.....
