1977 20' seafari "potter built"

Im intrested in selling my 20 sea craft seafari. Just curious what its worth its a 77 hull with an 80's evinrude 110hp and a 1998 load rite trailer, its only been in the water 1 yr and is garage kept, it also has a solid hull. Is 4500 too much to ask?? anyone intreseted??
